An incidental finding of secondary tumoral calcinosis in a patient undergoing imaging to exclude infection within a renal cyst. In this ⁶⁷Ga whole-body fused SPECT/CT study, areas of flocculent and expansile, masslike calcification are seen in both shoulders and hips.
