Journal Claims Policy
All subscriptions are entered on a calendar-year basis, with a common expiration date of December 31. Please note the following when applying for lost or missing issues:
- Back issue claims will be honored for 90 days after the last issue of each volume has been distributed
- Claims for copies lost or damaged in the mail are allowed within 90 days of the date of the issue
- Claims filed due to insufficient (or no) notice of change of address will not be honored
- Claims for the current month's issue 'lost in the mail' should not be submitted before the first day of the next month.
Submit a Journal Claim
To submit a claim for a missing journal issue, please send an email to subscriptions@snmmi.org with subject line “Journal Claim”. Your claim request should include your full name, member or subscription ID, mailing address, and volume and issue number of the missing issue.

Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests will be honored only if received prior to the subscription year start date. The subscription year is from January 1 to December 31.
