PET/CT image coregistration (not shown) revealed no uptake in areas of edema on CT and MR imaging, with subtly increased 18F-FDG accumulation corresponding to described lesion. 18F-FDG accumulation in pituitary (right) on PET confirms that activity is localized to pituitary.
