    SPECT/CT images at 24 h using Smart color map (Philips) in axial (A), sagittal (B), and coronal (C) reconstructions demonstrate reflux into lateral ventricles in butterfly, comma, and heart configurations, respectively. Additionally, coronal images demonstrate radiotracer activity localized to Sylvian fissures.
