ON THE COVER
This 64-y-old man was being assessed for hypoparathyroidism with ^99mTc-sestamibi. After the image was acquired, the first thought was that the wrong radiopharmaceutical had been administered. This possibility was ruled out, and the patient was evaluated for renal obstruction, but none was found. The patient was then given a skeletal survey that was probable for multiple myeloma.
