Cover image expansion

These SPECT myocardial perfusion images of normal radiopharmaceutical distribution were obtained with wide-beam reconstruction (top) and with the gold standard, filtered backprojection (bottom). Wide-beam reconstruction reduces acquisition time while maintaining diagnostic-quality images. The advantage of patient comfort derived from shorter imaging times should help reduce motion artifacts and enhance patient care.
