    Molecular structure of 99mTc-tilmanocept. It is composed of a dextran backbone to which multiple units of mannose and DTPA are attached. DTPA units serve as attachment sites for radioactive labeling with 99mTc. Mannose units provide a molecular mechanism by which 99mTc-tilmanocept binds to CD206 receptor specific to reticuloendothelial cells.
