Abstract

This article on 99mTc monoclonal antibody and its specific usage in the detection of melanoma is the first in a five-part update series. Upon completion of this article, the reader will understand: (1) the benefits of 99mTc-labeled monoclonal antibodies; (2) the importance of careful labeling; and (3) the advantage of simultaneously imaging multiple organ systems.
