Drug-induced changes in the biologic distribution of radiopharmaceuticals

Many pharmacologic agents modify the expected distribution of radiopharmaceuticals. The authors have attempted to synthesize the literature to date relating to drug-radiopharmaceutical interaction. Further, these interactions were classified as to their (1) “desirability” (undesirable vs intentional) and to the (2) specific “mechanism of action”. Items in the tables are individually referenced to allow the reader easy access to source material.
