AB We previously reported 68Ga-prostate‑specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-11 and 99mTcdimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) images of the 1st case of our prospective research comparing renal PSMA PET to DMSA scan in adult patients with pyelonephritis. Here, we present renal cortical PSMA PET and DMSA images of our 2nd patient with chronic recurring pyelonephritis which demonstrated renal parenchymal defects secondary to scarring in the kidney.
