Axillary lymph nodal metastases (ALNM) are very unusual in thyroid carcinoma with poorer outcome as they are usually associated with aggressive histopathologies, extensive loco-regional and distant metastatic disease. The authors report two patients of thyroid carcinoma with ALNM and their management, and review of literature of such cases.
