AB We present a case of incidentally discovered congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA), initially seen on stress–rest myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI). ccTGA has a characteristic appearance on MPI, which reflects the functional alterations associated with this condition.
