This procedure requires meticulous attention to chromatographic technique and requires at least 30 min to complete. We propose a separation of impurities via liquid column chromatography which uses a Sep-Pak alumina N cartridge to provide a faster and simpler method for analysis of the radiochemical purity of 99mTc sestamibi.
