AB  - A new phantom design to determine spatial resolution in Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) imaging systems is described. Specifically, spotial resolution in terms of full width at half maximum (FWHM) values can be determined simultaneously at multiple areas within the volumetric field of view. These values can then be assigned to their respective position or “mapped” within the field of view to demonstrate variations in spatial resolution.
