AB  - A simple film sensitometric method is described, referred to as scintigraphic sensitometry, which is appropriate for analog nuclear medicine studies. Data presented demonstrate differences between scintigraphic and conventional light intensity sensitometry. Light intensity sensitometry is appropriate for routine quality control purposes. For a proper understanding of film characteristics, however, scintigraphic sensitometry should be performed.
