AB A rib phantom is constructed from polyvinyl irrigation pipes to simulate rib activity in myocardial infarct scintigraphy using 99mTc-pyrophosphate. It is useful to evaluate the effects of radionuclide concentrations and locations of the myocardial infarct in relation to the delectability of the lesion.
