AB  - A number of goodness-of-fit tests are available to describe the statistical behavior of nuclear counting equipment. We describe the Lexis’ divergence coefficient, the reliability factor, the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, and the chi-square test. Special emphasis is placed on simplified calculations of the chi-square test.
