AB Three T3 radioassay kits were evaluated from the standpoint of accuracy, specificity, precision, reproducibility, sensitivity, technical performance factors, and cost. Whereas each has advantages and disadvantages in regard to each of these factors, all three kits provided acceptable results and were deemed satisfactory for use in the clinical nuclear medicine laboratory.
