Company Reprints, Sponsored Supplements, Bulk Subscriptions, translations, access to online articles/supplements:
The Journals Sales team at the SNM handles all requests from industry, agencies, and companies regarding the bulk purchase of article reprints, bulk subscriptions, sponsorship of supplements, translations of previously published articles/supplements, and access to online articles/supplements for company websites.
The department is staffed from 8:00am - 5:00pm, from Monday to Friday. To contact the department outside these hours, please send an email message or fax.
It is our normal policy to respond to inquiries within 48 hours of receipt. However, it may take longer during busy conference & vacation periods. Clearly indicate on your request if an urgent response is required. Please always provide full contact details [full company name & address, tel, fax, email].

When requesting a quotation, please ensure that you include the full reference of the material [journal name, volume, issue number or supplement number & title, page numbers, author, title of article]. We also need a brief description of what you want to use the material for; and if you are requesting the quotation on behalf of a client company we need to know the client's name.
